Here are my re-edited spread sheet for EV training. (suitable for both PRO and other nintendo games) Use Ctrl+F (Windows) search function to search the keywords in the following spread sheet: https://goo.gl/QGUphx What's EV? Effort values are attributes which give bonuses to an individual Pokémon's stats and improve differently depending which Pokémon they defeat. What EV based on? Based on Pokémon Original Strength, gain the most one. For example, Pikachu Good at "Speed", so you can get "Speed EV" after defeat it. Other information about EV: 1. Additional ability value from EV = (level*EV/400) 2. MAX EV points is 510 and single MAX value is 252 (rectified by Zulkir) 3. Switching Pokémon is not affect the EV value but sharply decreased in exp.
