Players; Hi again..

I am sure that many players will not like what i am having to say but it is the reality.

 

First point :

I proose to release those "Daycare Tutors".

Why?

Normally those moves are strong moves and rare moves and it is not easy to get them you can get them with breeding and by many operations that need

time and intelligence and you may get a pokemon know the move but weaker than the first one you have or you may do many errors before you get

what do you want.

At the game, any player has 4 badjs can get these moves by a friend at guild or with a cheap price from Trade.

You can get those rare and strong moves with only with 15k.

I know that Lance and Naero are good bosses but that does not mean to eliminate the other tutors by only a win against a boss.

 

Take this example: The move "Sucker punch".

to get acces to this move you need to be an expert at "Excavation" and with 20k; The best one needs about 300 hours to do that.

It is easy and fast to try to get it from daycare by help from your friend or from Trade Channel it is cheap.

I know that friendship is good, but at last we are at social site, we are at a game, and each one must try to win against the others to be better.

Yes, maybe i will be your friend but after a battle against you.

Lot of friendship kills competition.

 

Second point :

I propose that no player get access to any Gym or any Elite four using pokemons of an other "OT".

The player must do somme hard work and need somme skills to get the summit, not any one can get it easily.

I honestly don't get it.

If you like to play alone, then play alone, where is the problem? The nature of a multiplayer is to cooperate whit other players.. so a suggestion who limit this nature, is against multiplayer games.

There are already lot of players that play with "only OT" pokemon due to personal satisfaction, and I can agree with that, but forcing everyone to do that is wrong.

I don't think this is necessary. You already have to do so much to get unlock Egg Moves, you even pointed some out; Pay 200k for a Dragon Membership, Catch 240 Pokemon, Beat the Lance Boss and beat the Naero boss. Not to mention the cost of the Egg Moves is already somewhat 'high' for a single move. I think that adding more/ more difficult barriers between players and Egg Moves will make people lose interest in it all together and Egg Move services will likely see a rise in popularity.

Replacing the requirements for the Daycare also wouldn't work since there are so many people who already have it unlocked and it could be a waste of time, effort and money for those who had already unlocked it.

 

Overall it's a well thought out idea, however, I just don't like it :p

Again, I don't agree with this. It's flawed. What if a player trades their level 10 Pidgey to another player; that player then wouldn't be able to use that Pidgey to fight in gyms. I understand that you're trying to limit the amount of people rushing through the story mode, but really, what's the problem with that? I traded high level Pokemon to my second account so that I could get through the story quickly because I had already played through it 2 or 3 times. It saves time and doesn't hurt anyone else.

Finally, I think this is just silly :p

PRO is an MMO that's centered around its community. If you limit how much players can interact and have fun with each other then you're going to make a lot of those players upset or angry. I think games that have focus on teamwork and doing stuff together are a lot better than games where you're limited to what you can and can't do with friends.

I don't understand the point of this. We play a mmo to interact with other people. Why not just play a handheld if you want to play alone?

Here is your mistake.

What you're describing here is competition, and you even admit it two lines after.

 

The game is a game. You can have competition in it if you want, but the game doesn't have to be a competition.

 

Maybe you don't want to have fun (or can only have fun through violence and ranking), but let the others be. '-'

 

I hate competition, literally. That's even why I left a couple of sports clubs IRL.

Make this game a competition and I leave it too right away.

1. about move tutors -> pretty simple to answer

 

-> no breeding system

 

2. making gym's/e4 OT only pokemon

 

-> would destroy the lower tier economy such as lvl 50-80 pokemon for E4/gyms

 

I am an OT only PVP player who made it into Top25 this season, so yeah I quite understand what your trying to say

I will not discuss the first point because actually, doing PvP in this game is hard enough, with almost the same reasons you stated against Egg Moves (breeding, IVs, abilities, etc.).

How about a Pokémon raised for more than 50 levels in a row by a trainers changes OT :Smile:

 

This way, they can NOT borrow Pokémons for Gyms or Elite Four, but they can still trade after 4th badge, and train their Pokémons to get OT.

 

What do you think of it?
