Boss Erika is the tutor for Giga Drain.

Amazing! Used it to attack the boos and get free pokemon! Great guide for getting your way around the Virdian Maze.

Note: All the berries found in the Viridian Maze are EV-reducing berries.

 

Note 2: The free Pokemon found at the end depends on what you chose as your starter. (Squirtle -> Growlithe, and I THINK Charmander -> Bellsprout, Bulbasaur -> Horsea)

That's odd... I started with a Charmander and I obtained a Growlithe. Maybe it's just RNG, or my game got messed up, lol! (Sadly I dont think i'll use the Growlithe since I have Charmander as my Fire type).
