i need an explanation to the roll backs since i lost a h.a gligar

There seems to be a server issue going on right now. I don't think we know why, but if you were wondering staff cannot give back lost pokemon due to crashes/rollbacks. You have to remember PRO is in beta and the servers can be unstable, and crash at anytime. So a good rule of thumb is to not log in when server turbulence is happening.

I will preface this thread by underscoring the fact that we can not case-specifically return any lost items or Pokemon, nor can we reset cooldown times if you're penalized by one due to a rollback.

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsibility.

 

but the servers are shutting down again and again. I reccomend shutting down the servers and find out the problem since i dont want other people to lose a good poke like i did

Yeah .. It's better they should take maintenance to fix it maybe an hour or so .. than server always Up and Down :Nervous:
