After your fix i can interact with the trees at least but now this happens: I believe that's a problem at client level. After the 'fix', you will need to talk to Santa again in Viridian City. You'll unfortunately have to contact an admin. I just tried it and I get the item no problem. You are on red right? Post a screenshot of your clothes inventory and try to stay on the live chat when you are.
