Fennekin can't evolve either. When it reaches level 16, the evolution animation starts, but if you accept, it says "Fennekin evolved into Fennekin" and then the same in each level.

 

However, this is being revised by the staff atm, so it may start working soon.

Both Magnezone and Rhyperior are available now. Magnezone is via leveling up in Kanto Power Plant, as for Rhyperior, wild Rhyhorn & Rhydon that hold items, is holding Protector.

rhydon evolves to rhyperior with holding protector and trade.
