Well, I guess you should wait. It doesn't seem good to me to simply remove the Pokémon from your friend's account, even this Pokémon being yours :D:

Hello nicksupergod, I am sorry for the inconvenience of that experience, unfortunatly we aren't able to retreive anything if we aren't showed evidence, if you have it, make sure to fill a report in the Report Center including the evidence so the case can be solved.

I wish you best of luck and that you may retreive your pokemons.
