You will need to provide the screenshot of the corpish your refer to with the ID number and the OT, so staffs can help you.

Hello huylaboss452, as Kjuel said, we require the screenshot of that ID in the chat, if you have it, post it here and then an Admin will be able to restaure your pokemon. We need the screenshot as evidence that the pokemon was indeed trashed.

there is sadly nothing they can do if you can not provide a screenshot of the release message with the pokemon ID.

Hello huylaboss, sorry for the inconvenience. Staff cannot help you in this case. In the future, please be more careful when you are trashing a pokemon. If a similar issue happens again take screen shots of the ID in chat. Without the evidence of the screenshot, we can not confirm the pokemon was actually trashed. Hope you continue to have a fun time with PRO!
