I can not quite figure out what you actually want but my guess is that you already evolved the pokemon on accident. It is not possible to "de-evolve" the pokemon after you evolved it, there is nothing you or the staffs can do. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm sorry about the inconvenience that happened. Unfortunately as stated in please read this before you make a general support topic, "staff cannot unevolve pokemon, so any evolution is final. You will need to check and make sure every requirement for evolution is met before reaching level 100. It's recommended to evolve pokemon around level 97-98 to avoid any unexpected issues." In the future while training pokemon like Eevee, you can try to lower its happiness so that it doesn't prompt you to evolve often.
