1-)Click Start, and then click Run. 2-)Type Regedit, and then click OK. 3-)Go to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE and find PROTeam file, completely delete it. 4-)Reinstall the game and try logging in. Make sure that the screen resolution settings are as supported by the monitor. A virus on the computer may embargo the transfer of winrar files properly. Have a malware scan.
