beside Dced, if you sure your internet is not disconnecting , actually there are another case that will cause this force logout thing ,which is your account is logging in another device, so better change your password for safety purpose.

Hello Lamzing, as the other users said it's most likely it was a high latency moment in your internet and caused the account to get kicked out of the server and therefore it also show the "User already log in" because of the kick during high latency. Relogging the client will solve it in the future.
