Its not the problem of Staff its your problem if you dont want to be spam by guild request join a guild.

if you feel like someone is harassing you, please report him here -> Report Center of course with enough evidence to back up your story (check out this thread if you don't know how to write a report -> Guideline] How to Report).

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. As said above, if you feel like you are being harassed, you should make a report in the Report Center.
