I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. There are a few things you can try to help you fix this issue from this post:

Other solution for crash (follow 3 steps)

1- Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip

2- Disable anti-virus program

3- Restart computer

 

Others solution:

Updated drive and reinstall Direct X

 

Also, remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, even from the trashbin, before you Downloads(https://pokemonrevolution.net) the new client.

Another thing you can try as well is to change the client's resolution and see if that helps. Let me know how it works out for you! :)

I am sorry for the inconvenience, you might check out this thread -> Blurry Screen and something else.

 


 

a few steps you should do in order to fix that problem

  • update your GPU driver
  • set every settings to high and see if it makes any difference
  • update any possible driver you can think of that is no up to date, that could cause this ("Latest version of the .Net Framework, graphics card, Motherboard software, Direct X, and other things that you think.")
  • reinstall the game to another file location

 


 

a few question I/we need in order to help you

  • What settings do you have in PRO?
  • Was this issue always there or did it just appear?
  • Did you change anything in your GPU settings?

Hello WarGreymon, and first of all it's a pleasure being able to help you this one time :)

Towards the issue, we found issues like this in the past, and seems that is originated from a position glitch. In the past it was solved by moving the character to another place, to which I moved you to your last pokecenter. If it doesn't work, let me know and lets arrange a time so I can try to move you to other map while you are online, if I can't be acessible, you can ask another staff member to help you doing it.

So in conclusion, if nothing helps from the thread I posted, someone from the staff team needs to teleport you back to a pokecenter (this might fix the problem).
