I made this guide since I would like to share my techniques about how to catch Beldum

with more efficient ways. Hope the following techniques will help you guys.

 

 

 

Directions:

1. Prepare enough pokeballs.

2. Put any Pokemon from Synchronizer List as the lead of your team.

3. Encounter a wild Beldum and paralyze him with thunder wave.

4. Switch to False Swiper Pokemon and then use false swipe.

5. Keep throwing the pokeballs until you catch him.

6. You caught a wild Beldum!

 

Explanation about Beldum Recoil: Beldum won't recoil any damage from Take Down

because he can't do any damage to your Pokemon.

 

 

 

 

 

Synchronizer List

 

Required Ability: Synchronize(Ability Description)

Required Move: Thunder Wave(Move Description) + Anything

Recommend Level: 65+

Required Move: False Swipe(Move Description)

Required Level: 100

Recommend Nature: Bold, Impish, and Relaxed

Recommend EV(Effort Values): 252Def + Anything

PAR : You have a 8.082% chance of capturing it per ball. Thus, you have at least a 50% chance of catching it within 9 balls and at least a 95% chance of catching it within 36 balls.

 

SLP : You have a 11.856% chance of capturing it per ball. Thus, you have at least a 50% chance of catching it within 6 balls and at least a 95% chance of catching it within 24 balls.

 

False Swiper -> Shedninja because Beldum does 0 dmg with takedown

Hypnosis Pokemon -> Gegnar because Beldum does 0 dmg against it as well
