But i would like to revise this part of your guide. <br/>

In PRO, Hidden Power is fix to 50 Base Power, so you will never have the case with 60+ Base Power x)<br/>

And Technician Bonus is : "Technician increases the power of moves which have a power of 60 or less by 50%. " Bulbapedia. So the bonus is x1,5 ; Hidden Power will hits at 50*1,5 = 75.</r>
