Yahallo~! :Crazy:

I'm a returning player and decided to make a new account since some of my friends decided to play with me.

However, I did not know about some new addition to the story, Ash Ketchum.

My friends said they encountered him and said he just vanished because they didn't have Pikachu as a starter.

And unfortunately, I started with Charmander. :Cry:

Therefore I was wondering I could get an account reset. :Smile:

Sure I could just watch some video's or switch server, but I rather experience it myself and not have my friends switch servers.

(Sorry for the long explanation)

I am sorry to hear about this inconvenience. Unfortunately as Somes said and also as said in this post:

We will not. You are entitled to create another account as the rules state you can have only 2 per e-mail address (You are permitted to have 2 accounts per email address and up to 4 per person) or play in other servers as per server have different save. Staff will not disable, delete, or reset your account without specific reason.

I am sorry to have to inform you of this. However, you could start a new account if you want to play with your friends and choose pikachu. That being said, since your question is answered I will now lock the thread. I hope you have a great day, and I wish you the best of luck in-game! :)
