my problem is, that i lost against mega latias after beating hoenn (I got Latias Dex entry)

I went to all latias spots 4-5 times and cant find him.

I have a possible solution here:

 

- Talk to Oak's pc in kanto lab. With this u should have been able to get the latias dex entry.

 

- If this does not work, try reviewing the spawn of Latios
