Its so annoying to see people SPAM "JOIN MY GUILD" In all chat all the time. Please ban it.

nah its annoying and spam.

If somebody is spamming, just report it. If there are 5 different guilds recruiting at the same time in all chat, welp, deal with it/ignore the recruiters ?

/ignore is an option otherwise if it gets out of hands which it never did in my 2700 hours on yellow then maybe add a "anti-guild-advertisement-spam-rule" to the chatrules like the one for streamer

I mean, not everyone uses the forums. It's fair to not like seeing spammed guild advertisements, and to report it, however you can't actually expect guild advertising as a whole to be banned.

 

The /ignore function exist for a reason, and reporting a player for spamming is the next step above that, or the step to be used in conjunction with /ignore - Apart from that, I don't see what you could further expect anyone else to do for you, people are going to spam, and they'll be punished accordingly (hopefully) - Doing the right thing and reporting the people who take advertising past the line of acceptable use and spamming it would help cut back on it as the people get punished for it.

ok Im going to report ppl who post their guild advertisement more then once within 10min and let the mods handle it I guess if this is your stance
