I know server is down sometimes and there's nothing a player can do except waiting. The thing is I donated and bought MS saturday, 29, hoping I could play the game the whole weekend. I had 15 days of MS and expected to enjoy every day of it. Now red server has been offline for almost 3 days now, and I believe there's no estimated time for it to come back on. I'm usually the kind of player who just sits and waits, but my MS is going down the drain and I couldn't use it at all. It's really frustrating 'cause I only had $5 to expend this month (I live in Brazil and that is a lot of money), and now it's gone and I feel like I've made a huge mistake. What I wanna know is, can I be compensated for that? Especially considering that server is probably not going to be back on so soon? It's not the first time I buy MS, and I play this game since 2015. I really, really don't wanna feel like it's been huge mistake, 'cause I wanna keep playing this and I wanna believe it's nice to donate every once and a while. :Frown: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Last summer server used to crash a lot, and MS time was extended. I'm pretty sure a staffer confirmed that the MS will be extended for everybody this time too. You don't need to do anything, MS will just end 2 or 3 days later. Unfortunatly Red server indeed had issues but wasn't down for the duration you stated actually. On Sunday the server was down for around 10 hours and there was around 3-5 downtimes of 10 minutes to reinstate lost data. The reason because Red server seems offline to you is because you need a new version of the client in order to play there as there was needed some changes. You can find the new client here. However, we already added 3 days of free MS as a compensation. Basically, if your MS is due to expire on 15th given those 3 days we added it will be 18th and not 15. We always give free days in case servers are down for a while As long as there are those that remember what was, there will always be those that are unable to accept what can be.
