Pokemon are what they are. I wouldn't say its sad or lonely, it evolves into a very threatening poke that can be used in PVP and for a variety of things... not sure why I even commented on this post now to be honest... Starlight Posted May 15, 2017 Share Posted May 15, 2017 Eh, only buff I can think of is giving it access to its event move Hydro Pump, just to give it a STAB move until it evolves.
