What are you talking about?

 

What do you want to know about Miltank quest? Cornn berries are obtanaible from wild pokes of route 39, specially Meowths (Frisk + Covet is a perfect combination). Then, you will need a Miltank with maximum happiness.

Lance plays an important role for a questline.

 

Miltank quest is pretty much self explained by the dialogues from the quest npc.

the question is soooo mixed up...

what is the miltak quest?

when you own 240 pokemon(dragon den member). we can kill that dragonite. who block our way.

then you can see lance stand there.

I know about the fact for getting into Dragon's Den B1F, but it seems they have included Lance in the last update, so I didn't know he is there now.
