Gligar is an exception, and Iron Tail, Pikachu is the exception Mr. Mime was fixed for energy ball btw :) Do not contact staff members for private support. Sulfurblade Posted June 18, 2017 Share Posted June 18, 2017 So I spent most of the night trying to get my bulbasaur to the Energy Ball trainer I am a bit baffled that Bulbasaur can't learn this move!
