[mention]riyubas453[/mention], Arnie knows about this already and will fix that later; probably just a spelling mistake and [mention]Ostrago[/mention]; this is correct ONLY the final evolutions can use the TM Teachers with a few exceptions but Litwick isn't one of them. :P

there are no exceptions for energy ball, however for example, Defog. Gligar is an exception, and Iron Tail, Pikachu is the exception

So I spent most of the night trying to get my bulbasaur to the Energy Ball trainer I am a bit baffled that Bulbasaur can't learn this move! Was looking forward to getting rid of Solar Beam to find out I can't learn Energy Ball???

[mention]Sulfurblade[/mention], I mean you did basically 0 research regarding that. It was stated a few times that ONLY final evolutions (with a few exceptions like Pikachu) can use the TM Teachers, so Venusaur can learn the move.
