sadly it's not possible; you really should be more careful. I suggest you evolve your pokemon at around level97 and then use rarecandy for the rest. There is nothing staffs or you can do about it. The pokemon is not entirely useless now; just use it as Defoger with Eviolite; it's pretty decent.

Pokemon cannot evolve at level 100 or evolved by mistake

Unfortunately, staff cannot unevolve pokemon so any evolution is final, nor can staff lower a pokemons level, so if it needs to level up to evolve and reaches level 100 there is nothing that can be done and it won't be able to. You will need to make sure every requirement for evolution is met before reaching level 100. (not including evolutions that need trade of evolutionary stones as these can be done at any level)

It's recommended to evolve pokemon around level 97-98 to avoid any unexpected issues

We have discovered a way to evolve pokemon that are level 100, but not fully evolved yet. Do you happen to still have your Gligar? If so obtain a Razor Fang, and reply here and a staff member will be able to assist you in evolving it :)

i have a friend got a pupitar level 100 then it was evolved into tyranitar by giving it on staff

i forget the name of that staff :blush:
