My cleffa its lv 100 and already have 255 Happines, but it do not evolve. I already tried fighting wild pokemon and mysterious candy, but both didnt work. 

Im not sure if im doing something wrong or its a problem with the evolution.

I was trying to evolve my munchlax (has max happiness) but between 96 and 100 I didn't get an option to. Could you reset the level to 95?
