Can't evolve Pokemon, dc at level up to 99

Keeping it short,<br/>

I was leveling my Dratini, I lagged out the moment I leveled 98 to 99 so I was stuck with a lvl99 Dratini and at lvl100 I evolved him into a Dragonair.<br/>

Now, I know mechanically in the game I can't get him to evolve, but is there something the game mods can do about it?<br/>

If not, well then whatever... Just want to know before I lose all hope :P<br/>

Hey there, you can evolve Yanma by teaching it ancient power with the move relearner! Just do a wild battle with it, knowing the move, it works with lv 100 Yanma too!
