Sorry but we only delevel Pokes that are at Level 99 / 100 and not fully evolved yet. You will be asked if you want to evolve it at every Level-up though. Have a nice day, M3ru3m but i lost hydro pump and flare blitz on the level up this is where they told me to go You'll need to use the Move Relearner cause we only delevel Pokes that are at lvl 99/100 and failed to evolve.
