First things first, I did want to evolve it to the second form at lv. 99. However, as I gained experiences from battling and it was unfortunate that my other pokemon also was evolving but the priority just gave me this poor boy the second seat. Therefore, I clicked deny the pokemon that is at the first seat. After that, my boy didn't find itself a notification of evolution. Could this be a bug? Please delevel it. Thanks. Deleveled.
