I would like to evolve a stuck rattata lvl 100 (it was for the Youngster Joey quest, the old one), im on red server and im online right now.

Im lvl up my piplup from lv 98 to 99 but windows for evolve not appeared

Im lvling vs gym 8 sinnoh after lvl up to 99 my piplup fainted and adter battle not appeared the evolve window

 

Pls help me to get evolution my pilup

Im from gmt+
