My nick is MicFelix1 and i'm from silver. I have one sliggo on 98 level. I try pass the level but he wanst evolving. People told me that need rain to evolve but i'm afraid to use rare cande and still wont evolve. I want to now with certain how i can evolve and if is a place with rain where i can go to do that.

 

Sorry any mistakes, english wanst my first language.

To evolve Sliggo you can level it up in raining maps, for example in route 120. - Shinohara
