I was never given the option to evolve my Mareep when I used a rare candy to level him up to level 99. He's now a level 100 Flaaffy, and I need him deleveled! Please help me!

Deleveled. There is an unfortunate bug that once a pokemon reaches full happiness, it will not attempt to evolve until it drops happiness. ~ TrollDaddy
