Third Pokemon Revolution Online Tournament!

[glow=blue]This is Pokemon Revolution Online's third Official Tournament to test your prowess in battle.[/glow]

 

 

This summer, we will be bringing the battle to you by hosting three simultaneous Tournaments. It will be double-elimination. This means that if you lose one match, you are still in the tournament in the losers bracket [goto=clause]1[/goto] . Detailed information about Double Elimination brackets here.

This will be on a Best-Out-Of-Three basis, just like the last tournaments! Which exception of the semi-finals and the grand-finals, which are on a Best-Out-Of-Five mode.

Each server will have it's own individual prize - so that your prize is truly unique to you, should you become Champion.

 

There will be no entrance fee. However, you MUST meet the following requirements:

• You must be a Champion of Kanto, Johto and Hoenn.
  
• These Pokemon must be Level 100.
  
• You must have a minimum of 100 Hours of Play-Time - this is to ensure Players do not register for fun, and then do not attend the Tournament.

 

Rules of the Tournament are as follows:

• Only one entry per user (account specific), and only in 1 server.
  
• Follow all PRO Ranked Battle Rules. These can be found here: PvP Rules. Please familiarize yourself with these if you have not done so already.
  
• Not enter in any hateful rivalry with any other member of this community.
  
• Register up to 15 Pokemon. These are the only Pokemon you may use throughout the tournament. You may use any combination of these Pokemon in each match. This means you can use a different team for every battle. Also a pokemon should be used only by one user, means 2 or more players can't register the same pokemon. [goto=sheerforce]3[/goto]
  
• If disconnected, it will be counted as a loss unless your opponent agrees to a rematch.
  
• Must be able to record and upload matches to Youtube for evidence. These must be uploaded and submitted within 48 hours of the match taking place. You must display your full team at the beginning of the video by clicking on each Pokemon - this is to show that they are the Pokemon that you have registered. If both sides fail to record the match and a dispute comes up, the battle will be resolved by coin flip. This is final in all circumstances. [glow=red][goto=record]2[/goto][/glow]
  
• Battles should be resolved in a timely manner. If they are not completed by the round deadline, and an extension has not been granted, the win will be awarded thusly:
  

  [*] If one player has contacted the Staff members responsible for the tournament the win will be granted to that player.

  [*] If neither player has contacted the Staff members responsible for the tournament, the match will be decided by coin flip.

 

Failure to follow the rules will result in an immediate disqualification.

 

 

In order to register, send a PM via forums to Arkos (Blue), Neroli (Red), Shaui (Yellow)

• State your chosen Account username and the Server you will be contending on. Please note you may only enter once, so if you play on multiple servers, choose wisely.
  
• A screenshot of your in-game Trainer card of the Account you would like to enter, displaying your play time and badges. Please also post this as a response below, along with your timezone as GMT+ (for example, if you are based in Germany this would be GMT+1).

• Compile your team into an Imgur album (Guide To Creating Imgur Album), and submit the link for this. Until you submit this PM, you will not have registered - so if your team is unfinished, simply submit the album as it is and make changes after.

 

Registration Closes: 1st August . You may make changes to your Imgur album up until this date. Any edits after this date will result in immediate disqualification.

SECOND PLACE will receive:

[anchor=reward]1[/anchor] Reward: The winner will have the choice to pick the reward he wants, which the only restriction is that the pokemon in question must be currently capturable. Legendaries as Mew are also included in the possibility.

[anchor=record]2[/anchor] Non Recording Clause: In case of being unable to record the screen while battling for the tournament due to any circumstance like internet restricted, you may present the information in screenshots format. Both battles needs to submit either the screenshots or the video in every match.

In case you decide to use the screenshot format you must screenshot all your client screen, in case this doesn't happen the evidence will not be considered valid unless justified. In a case both doesn't submit, the winner will be chosen by coin flip. If using Screenshot to submit your team, you need to also screenshot every single pokemon in your party WHILE in battle.

The screenshots needed are, one at the start of the match, showing the team and in game time, the other is to show who wins or lose by screenshotting your client when it appears “You have fainted” or “You won the match”. You may also be to collapse the chats while doing so for privacy reasons (optional).

Can i upload 6 images of my six pokes during the battle instead of making a video? My internet connection has a 5 Gb cap so i can't upload hundreds of videos
