Laptop: Processor 2,1 GHz, 2 GB RAM, DirectX 11, Windows 7 ( i know i said 1 gb but true is that it have 2 gb)

Sorry for the late response again >-<, I have teleport you to your last Pokecenter, This also happens to you when you try to enter another account or it is only in your account?, Seems like you are stuck or you internet is blocking the signal at the time of entering the game, Try to login in a different place and if you can login maybe its a problem with your internet provider!, Try to do this and let me know if the problem its still there!

Have you also tried this loading in pro engine solution? Also can you try logging with another device such as a different pc or a phone to see if it is happening there?

Tried that solution and still not work. Tried log in with my phone using wifi and don't work, used mobile internet and worked. It seems i need unlock some ports to play?
