No shed shell means we all are more "weaker" to dugtrio trapping

 

In OU tier on Pokemon Showdown they ban dugtrio due to being overpowerfull thx to arena trap

 

And now here with no access to shed shell there is nothing possible to do when your pokemon gets trapped by magnect pull,arena trap & shadow tag

 

Dugtrio is indeed very powerfull and it needs to be banned or at least we need access to shed shell so we can have "something" to counter this common used Pvp pokemon

 

Hopefully the game creators, etc, can understand the might of dugtrio and do something about it

If you're going to talk about something, at least don't forget to mention all the right details, [mention]STRATEGIST[/mention]. Dugtrio was banned from SM OU, not from XY/ORAS OU. In SM, it has 100 base Atk, instead of 80 (which is what it has on PRO) and gets access to Groundium Z, thus allowing it to secure kills it would otherwise not be able to get. While Dugtrio can be deadly against the most common sand core (Tyranitar/Excadrill) and is good at trapping Magnezone, it's lackluster in terms of power. In fact, it needs a specific set to deal with other things (e.g. enough HP to survive 2 Seismic Toss from Chansey/Blissey). It relies on its Focus Sash to avoid being KO'd by literally any hit. It requires a lot of team support (hazard removal is a must). As of right now, Magnezone is probably a more useful trapper, since it can actually trap Ferrothorn, Scizor, Skarmory, as well as Excadrill (with the combination of Air Balloon+Magnet Rise). Dugtrio isn't banworthy. It can also cleanly revenge kill Heatran (which is always a plus).

 

I have a question: can't Chansey always win the Dugtrio match-up if it uses Seismic Toss (on the switch), Toxic, Seismic Toss (in this order), instead of Seismic Toss twice in a row (making Reversal even more powerful)? THEORETICAL REPLAY.

yes that is correct, but it is a very powerful pokemon, and we need at least a shed shell item in this game to counter it

not everyone owns evolite chansey or high defese blisseys, etc, like skarmory and forrestress getting trap by magnezone, we should have acces to this item so we can be able to switch out, and once we get this im totally cool with dugtrios and magnezones

did PRO ban dugtrio arena trap? can someone give me link for it?

 

pokemon showdown ban dugtrio arena trap because of z-move and stall team not favorable on gen7, while in PRO otherwise

PRO did not ban arena trap, was that an all chat rumour ? If a move or ability isn't coded correctly those are the only scenarios that stuff gets quick banned. To ban arena trap it would require a suspect test + voting like what determined the ban of shadow tag.
