@Darkking the lvl 99 hetran is to defeat or get defeated, later on ,will appear a lvl 30 heatran to caught. you can go back get a scyn and come to caught.

 

i used a umbreon , was hard .

can be used gyarados, chansey eviolite , any pokémon that uses hp recovery like slowbro.
