Which are the requirements for boss Arkos, i did both quest complete and he says that i can't do it yet. Why? maybe it needs playing time, i got 55 hours.

already did the quest, i have 295 hours and he dont fight me ... i have 6 poke lv 100 and already try change them all..

About arkos, there is another banned pokemon which is either suicune or genesect (I'd say suicune probably since it's snorlax style)

He refused to fight when I had those 2 and agreed when I came back without
