You can either, as said above, wait several minutes or so; or relogging/refreshing the game. As well you can refer to this guide here. Other ways to combat this is checking to be sure your connection is stable, and a firewall you may have is not blocking the game. Clearing out your temporary files is also suggested to clear of this issue. If you have any other concerns or questions always make a topic.
