Re: Garchomp Sand veil in pvp

<r>@FlaFlaTP we are considering it because a clause has been created (long ago as you explain it ) and the terms used in this clause aren't really explicative of what we can or cannot do.<br/>

AHAHAHAH !! Do you really think what you say ?! ^^ I personnaly think that you don't have the power to obliged somebody to shut their thought off on a forum. But this is just my humble opinion.</r>

Re: Garchomp Sand veil in pvp

<t>SO flaflapt does people cant anymore ask for bans? and we are salty??? seriously -_-<br/>

<br/>

u give probabilities ok, we all know them, but if u play pvp u know pro probas are sometimes weird, and it stills probabilites....<br/>

<br/>

but yes for togekiss im totally agree with u, but u can still counter t-wave or air slash spams, you cant be good in ranked without a way to check togekiss hes in pretty much all teams... that illustrates perfectly the fact that probas are sometimes abused in pro because on showdown u dont see togekiss that much, just ask yourself why x)</t>

Re: Garchomp Sand veil in pvp

<t>Asking for a ban without good reasoning, in my point of view, is salt.<br/>

<br/>

Odds aren't weird until someone seriously comes up with a big enough sample (>1000) to support their claim that a certain chance isn't working as it should. But of course if someone misses that crucial move that would have won the game, our impression is that the odds are broken. Like hitting 4x focus blasts on Togekiss, no one cares about that, but if on the 5th you miss on a Tyranitar, omg the move is broken.<br/>

<br/>

On Showdown the meta is completely different from PRO, you can't compare whatsoever. Having all legendaries available + Megas change the meta quite a bit. Togekiss is abused on PRO because it's easy to use -> just click t-wave and air slash, it's not rocket science. Doesn't take skill to use, just hax your way through the match.</t>

Re: Garchomp Sand veil in pvp

<t>-1 over here. as revo said, this ability has deffff been analyzed many of times, and around 90% of garchomps in pvp are indeed sand veil. (:<br/>

<br/>

i dont agree with the idea of banning this ability in unison with sandstorm.<br/>

<br/>

EDIT: for clarity :p</t>

<t>"without good reasoning" --> is ur point of view :) u want mine? salty ones are people who disagree and keep thinking they are right and others wrong like u, but again i say we're here to debate so just let people give their opinion<br/>

<br/>

and if u speak about focus blast or tyra stone edge, u have nothing to do on this topic because its ur choice using focus blast or a move with low accuracy its nothing compared using sand veil poké in sand team, or snow cloak in hail u 're starting to be out of topic flafla</t>

Re: Garchomp Sand veil in pvp

<t>The ability Sand veil is not affect by the evasion clause what so ever. Never has been banned in competitive play and never will be so it dont need a ban here. If you have a problem with it go get yourself a skarmory or a quagsire or something because its really not a problem at all.</t>

mm if i remember i played a sableye with wilo vs many chomps in sand and the amount of wilos i hit vs missed was like 20:2 so i dont think the acc is bugged on pro i never had a prob with sand veil and i faced it many many many times

<e>

</e></QUOTE>

I've had confirmation from staff members that accuracy is bugged. I didn't come up with numbers I was told by staff that 80% is actually closer to 70%</r>
