for palkia i just had spiritomb toxic it and let it slow burn. After I just had my bulky gallade solo the rest of his team. he's not too hard, 2/3 bulk ups and hes he's golden, esp since Conkeldurr uses knock off spam boosting his attack (justified ability)<br/>

The boss is in the building on the second floor on pinkan, only appears once you complete the quest.</r>

Basically, modest Seaking holding life orb with the moveset of Agility, Aqua Ring, Hail, Blizzard. Aqua Ring may not be THAT necessary but is nice to have to eliminate hail damage. Spikes/Stealth Rock or both at the start of the battle would be beneficial.</r>

My friend set 3 spikes up with Focus Sash Greninja, though with the help of Thunder missing twice.<br/>

If you don't want to use a Focus Sash, you can use Sturdy Carracosta or Relicanth to set up rocks. Almost guaranteed unless Palkia lands the Thunder, paralyzes you and you're unable to move. You could use a Lum Berry actually which would guarantee you to set them up. <br/>

Alternatively you could use something specially bulky and isn't weak to Fighting/Electric/Dragon/Water since that's what Palkia uses.</r>
