So basically you're doing that because you disagree with the decision the staff took. However there's a simple counter to you spamming reports, it's just to ignore them altogether.

Or is It? Since you as a player can only check if the dog is shiny or not so all you could do is potentially suspect every single player using an event move on a dog... kind of a waste of time if you want my opinion

and other than offensive mons you can use pokemons with unaware to stall it out of attacking moves, beating snorlax isn't that hard if you're ready for it otherwise yeah you might be in for a bit of trouble but it's really not broken enough to the point where it should be banned

Tyranitar and put something else than dnite since sand will break the multiscale

Heliolisk is better than jolteon on rain team due to dry skin which heals him under rain

I definitely agree with that although it doesn't completely solve the issue of unusable legendaries because of sync fails
