we already know that you need to be a johto champion. and yes the requirement is right she didn't want to fight me when i had 5 pokemons lvl 100</r>

No, the requirement is wrong.<br/>

The requirement lacks of information. As it only states, that you need 6 Pokémons at level 100. Nothing there says you need to have beaten the Johto E4 before you can fight Lorelei. Therefor: Wrong requirement.</r>
