post maintenance problem

 

<r>Good evening ! On 10/21/2017 I finished my hellowen quest before the maintenance I had, because I had taken my rewards '' Vampire Clothes '', after that maintenance disappeared from my bag. =/<br/>

Is everyone supposed to get either the Vampire clothes or Houndoom mount? I was not given the option and my guild members say that I'm supposed to get the choice after beating and talking to Mayor Gorge. I couldn't find anything like this so maybe it's just my luck?

There was indeed a bug that caused it to happen. We're sorry for any inconvinience caused. The bug has been fixed by now, but for your reward we will need you to reply here with your In Game Name and your reward choice (Vampire Clothes or Houndoom Mount). I will mail the item to you as soon as possible after you replied.

this happened for me aswell. Should I open a new threat to discribe my problem or can I give you my choice here? (IGN: BashFick; Choice: Vampire Cloth)

Same problem here, there was no choice for me to choose the item i wanted.

(IGN: Krokodeilos, Server: Blue, Choice: Houdoum mount)

can you check my account on yellow sever too, i finished all the event quest but there are no choice for me for the Vampire Clothes or Houndoom Mount as reward and I dont have both of those items in my bag. Choice: Houndoom mount if posible.
