Hidden Power Fire/Ice always help (Fire is preferred), so you might wanna check it.

 

You can use Dragon Pulse for another damaging move and Calm Mind/Aromatherapy/Leech Seed/Toxic for utility since Serperior's moveset are pretty limited.

 

Keep an eye out for Substitute once it gets fixed

Calm Mind is useless for Contrary Serperior, but I agree with Hakunon's other suggestions.
