Kazam was over used when players started pvp but fact is it got weaker cuz of priorities like scizor b-punch, arca ex-speed, even a motor driviven electivire and punch or q-attack.<br/>

Kazam's will become overused as in smogon with focus sash and egg moves which counters dragons and water pokes like dazzling gleam,energy ball and more importantly status boosts like calm mind.<br/>
