Hi, I think you should make a tier list from S to D- instead because OU/UU is supposed to be based off usage stats and not just "how good a pokemon is or can be according to players". Also by the way, there are missing pokemon like Politoed, Mew, Celebi, Ludicolo.

 

Nice post nonetheless :)

- Epic Tyranitar (almost any nature)
