Also and a nurse joy in Dragons Shrine, similar to Cerulean Cave.

 

Nah no one is in Dragons shrine ever so its not needed.

Just because you've never been there doesn't mean no one is ever there. It provides better XP than Cerulean Cave, but is less used because it's high requirements to enter and isnt as efficient to travel to because CC is much better. Adding a Nurse Joy at the same price as the one in CC would eliminate the need to travel to Pokecenter, just like in CC.

im there all the time when i have to train hard Pokemons but i never saw some one there so i think its not needed.
