Try these solutions:-

 

1] Try to run the game in windows 7 compablity mode and disable 'Full screen Optimization'

2]Restart your PC and try opening the file again.

3] Move PRO's folder from C drive to D drive. Refresh and try to run the game again.

4]Make sure you have the latest version of DirectX, Diirectx 11.

Then, force run the game.

5] Download the game again and make sure to delete all fils related to PrO before downloading again.
