I have a paralized poochyena which outspeeds all enemies i encounter (i am using bite).

His speedstat is 19 (with paralize 9 i guess)

I outspeed pidgey zigzagoon skitty and all stuff

 

I have caught a skitty with 13 speed as proof.

Hi, the poochyena has quick feet ability. The ability boosts his speed by 50% if it is suffering from a status condition, that is why it is outspeeding the other pokemon. Because of this the speed drop is ignored so his speed has gone up to 28/29 instead of down to 9.

One more thing. You got confused between speed and attack.

 

Spd means speed

Atk means attack.

 

So, Poocheyana's speed is 23

Attack is 15

But my doubt was, Poochyana's speed is 19. When paralyzed, 8.5 or 9?
