i thought i was the only one that couldnt login to yellow cuz ther server status says its up?

me and my friend thought we got banned we were not doing anything wrong but i was trying to trade him a Pokemon and as soon as i clicked trade bam server kicked us

I see some PRO staff are online in the Forums list, is there any way to tag them incase they're not aware that the server is down? The status page still says Yellow Server Online
