Hi! I have a problem , because everyone in my guild got 40c but not me . Can someone write me why?

Hello there!

Thanks to the pro team for the generous compensation in form of ms and 40 coins to the players.

My IGN is ProEx and i play in yellow server with over 1400 hours.

However, I got the free ms but havent recieved 40 coins in my account.

It will be very helpful if any staff can help me out here and fix it :). I have attached the image of my accounts coin shop below.

Hello, i've noticed everyone receiving free membership.

I never got that membership.

 

Why?

You only seem to receive the free ms on the first server you played

Which makes no sense at all but hey.
